Hang in there (Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2)

Today I have a shaker card to share that I made for the current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2 (Interactive cards).

Aujourd'hui, je partage avec vous une carte shaker que j'ai réalisée pour le Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2 (Cartes interactives).

To create the background, I decided to play with the "ink smooshing technique". I applied Distress inks (Twisted Citron, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn and Pine Needles) directly to a piece of acetate, sprayed with water and then "smooshed" the aceteate onto a watercolor panel.
Next I die cut a window opening from white cardstock using a circle die. The bottom edge of the panel was cut out using a Stitched hillside border die.
I created my own frame, by diecutting two circle dies (one needs to be smaller than the other).
I stamped, colored (Copics) and die cut the sloth from the Hang in there stamp set.
A greeting from the same stamp set was stamped along the bottom edge of the watercolor panel using Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
I assembled the background and the shaker parts (white panel + acetate + foam adhesive) and filled it with some clear beads and mini confetti stars. Then adhered to a top fold card base.
To complete the design, I glued the sloth and the circle frame to the shaker window and finished with a scattering of mini confetti stars.
Pour réaliser mon fond, j'ai décidé d'utiliser la technique du "ink smooshing". J'ai appliqué des encres Distress (Twisted Citron, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn and Pine Needles) sur une feuille d'acétate, vaporisé un peu d'eau dessus et puis transféré sur un panneau de papier aquarelle.
J'ai ensuite coupé un cercle dans un panneau de cardstock blanc. La partie inférieure de ce panneau a été coupée à l'aide d'une bordure couture.
J'ai créé mon propre cadre de forme ronde en coupant deux dies cercle (l'un doit être plus petit que l'autre).
J'ai tamponné, colorisé (Copic) et coupé avec son die le paresseux du set Hang in there.
Un sentiment du même set a été tamponné le long du bas du fond Distress à l'encre Versamark et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche.
J'ai assemblé le fond et la shaker (panneau blanc + acétate + foam adhésif) et l'ai remplie avec des perles transparentes et des confettis étoiles. Puis, adhéré le tout à ma base de carte.
Enfin, j'ai collé le paresseux et le cadre rond sur la shaker et terminé en ajoutant quelques confettis étoiles.
