Happy Birthday (MFT Sketch Challenge #378)

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a card that I made for this week's MFT Sketch Challenge.

Aujourd'hui je partage avec vous la carte que j'ai réalisée pour le MFT Sketch Challenge de cette semaine.

I started by die cutting the frame and inside frame from white cardstock with a Pierced Rectangle Frame die-namics. I used nail polish to create a marbled background.
I stamped, colored (Promarkers) and die cut the hippo from the Happy Hippos stamp set.
For the shaker element, I die cut the Happy Birthday Circle Frame from black cardstock, filled the Circle Shaker Pouch with Silver stars and adhered to the background.
A greeting from the Bitty Bears stamp set was stamped with black ink.
J'ai commencé par couper le cadre et l'intérieur du cadre dans du cardstock blanc avec le die Pierced Rectangle Frame die-namics. J'ai utilisé du vernis à ongles pour réaliser le fond marbré.
J'ai tamponné, colorisé (Promarkers) et coupé avec son die l'hippopotame du set Happy Hippos.
Pour l'élément shaker, j'ai coupé le cadre circulaire Happy Birthday dans du cardstock noir, j'ai rempli la Circle Shaker Pouch avec des étoiles argentées et adhéré au fond.
Un sentiment du set Bitty Bears a été tamponné à l'encre noire.

Bitty Bears (MFT)

Hello there!
I have a couple of Christmas cards to share with you today featuring the Bitty Bears stamp set from My Favorite Things.
Coucou!
Aujourd'hui, je partage avec vous deux cartes de Noël, pour lesquelles j'ai utilisé le set Bitty Bears de My Favorite Things.

I stamped, colored and die cut the little bears.
The background was inked with Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress inks.
***For the colored pencil card: I spritzed with water and blotted dry with a paper towel.***
Next I die cut the Grid Window from white cardstock five times, glued them together and adhered over the inked background.
***For the shaker card: I added little pieces of acetate behind some of the window openings and filled with tiny beads.***
J'ai tamponné, colorisé et coupé avec leurs dies respectifs les ours.
J'ai encré le fond avec les encres Distress Mowed Lawn et Twisted Citron.
***Pour la carte Prismacolor: J'ai éclaboussé quelques gouttes d'eau et séché avec du papier essuie-tout.***
Ensuite j'ai coupé dans du cardstock blanc cinq fois avec le die Grid Window, je les ai collés les uns sur les autres et adhérés sur le fond Distress. 
***Pour la carte shaker: J'ai placé des petits morceaux d'acétate derrière certaines des ouvertures et y ai ajouté de minuscules perles.***

A greeting from the Snow Globe Sentiments was stamped on Kraft cardstock using Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder and cut into a strip.
Lastly, I adhered the images to the card with foam adhesive.
Un sentiment du set Snow Globe Sentiments a été tamponné à l'encre Versamark sur du papier Kraft et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche, puis réduit en une bande.
Enfin, j'ai adhéré les images à la carte avec du foam adhésif.

You're snow cool (MFT Sketch Challenge #359)

Today I have a card to share that I made for the current MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #359.

Aujourd'hui je partage avec vous la carte que j'ai créée pour le pour le MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #359.

To create the front of the card, I die cut a white panel using an A2 Stitched Rectangle Stax die-namics and then I die cut the window with the Peek-a-Boo Window die-namics.
I stamped, colored (Promarkers) and die cut the images from the Ski-sons Greetings.
Next I applied Chipped Sapphire Distress ink to the background, I flicked some water drops on it and blotted them up with a paper towel.
Pour réaliser mon devant de carte, jai coupé dans du cardstock blanc avec le die A2 Stitched Rectangle Stax ainsi qu'une ouverture pour la shaker avec le die Peek-a-Boo Window.
J'ai tamponné, colorisé et coupé les images du set Ski-sons Greetings avec leurs dies respectifs.
J'ai ensuite appliqué de l'encre Distress "Chipped Sapphire" à mon fond, j'y ai éclaboussé quelques gouttes d'eau et séché avec du papier essuie-tout.

I assembled the shaker parts (Front panel + Acetate + Glitter + Background panel) and adhered to a top fold card base.
A greeting was stamped on black cardstock using Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then I die cut it out with a Stitched Sentiment Strip.
I finished off the card by adding some "Simply White" Nuvo Drops and sprinkled on some glitter.
J'ai assemblé les éléments de la shaker (Devant de carte + Acétate + Paillettes + Fond Distress) et adhéré le tout à ma base de carte.
Le sentiment a été tamponné à l'encre Versamark sur du cardstock noir et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche. Puis réduit en une bande à l'aide du die Stitched Sentiment Strip.
J'ai terminé cette carte en ajoutant quelques gouttes de "Simply White" Nuvo Drops sur lesquelles j'ai saupoudrées des paillettes.

Hippo Bird-Day shaker card (MFT)

Today I'd like to share the shaker card I made using the adorable Happy Hippos stamp set from My Favorite Things.

Aujourd'hui, j'aimerais partager avec vous la carte shaker que j'ai réalisée avec l'adorable set Happy Hippos de chez My Favorite Things.

To start off I watercolored the background with Distress Oxide inks (Wilted Violet and Worn Lipstick) and set aside to dry.
I die cut the Bold Stripes Cover-up Die-namics from white cardstock and created the shaker element with acetate, foam tape and some Mini stars.
I stamped, colored (Distress inks + Wink of Stella) and die cut the images from the Happy Hippos stamp set.
To finish the card I stamped the greeting on beige cardstock using Versamark ink, heat embossed with white embossing powder and cut into a strip.
J'ai débuté en créant un fond aquarellé avec des encres Distress Oxide (Wilted Violet et Worn Lipstick) et laissé sécher.
J'ai ensuite coupé dans du cardstock blanc avec le die Bold Stripes Cover-Up et réalisé mon élément shaker à l'aide d'acétate, de foam tape et de Mini étoiles.
J'ai tamponné, colorisé (Encres Distress + Wink of Stella) et coupé avec leurs dies respectifs les images du set Happy Hippos.
Pour terminer, j'ai tamponné le sentiment à l'encre Versamark sur du cardstock beige, embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche et coupé en une bande.

"Sensational Sliders" - "Spectacular Shakers" (MFT Camp Create)

Hello there,
I'm back today to share a couple of interactive cards I created for the MFT Camp Create.

Card #1 "Sensational Sliders"

To create the background, I die cut a Grassy border from a white panel and inked with Pine Needles Distress ink. For the sky, I applied Salty Ocean and Faded Jeans Distress inks.
From another white panel, I die cut a hill using the Ocean Waves die-namics, inked with Pumice Stone Distress ink and stamped a greeting from the Forest Friends stamp set on it.
Next, I cut a slider track from the background panel. I used 4 pennies and small foam tape to go between the pennies and acetate. The piece of acetate allows to hide the track. I foam mounted the panel and secured to a top fold card base.
I stamped, colored (Prismacolor pencils) and die cut the images from the Once upon a time and Knight in shining armor stamp sets.
I attached the "hill" with foam tape and adhered the knight to the acetate. I also adhered the clouds, the princess and the bird to complete the card.

Card #2 "Spectacular Shakers"

I started by stamping the images from the Monster Love stamp set all over a Kraft panel using Distress Oxide inks. Their little faces were stamped with black ink.
I then cut out a window using the Rectangle peek-a-boo window die-namics and stamped the greeting with black ink. 
I assembled the shaker parts, filled it with sequins, pearls and glitter flakes. 
I secured the whole thing to a top fold card base and added a pair of googly eyes to one of the monsters.

Sewn with love (Lawn Fawn)

Today I have a shaker card I shared on my Instagram a few days ago using the Sewn with love stamp set.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai pour vous une carte shaker que j'ai postée sur mon compte Instagram il y a quelques jours pour laquelle j'ai utilisé le set Sewn with love.

I first die cut a scalloped rectangle from white cardstock and stamped the button, the spool of thread and the thimble images all over it with grey ink.
Then die cut a window opening using one of the dies from the Magic color slider set.
I stamped, colored (Copics) and die cut the images.
I assembled the shaker parts and filled it with some sequins and secured to a top fold card base.
A greeting from the same stamp set was stamped on black cardstock using Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder and cut into strips.
To finish off I adhered the images and the greeting strips to the card front.
J'ai commencé par couper un panneau dans du cardstock blanc avec le die Scalloped rectangle et y ai tamponné sur toute la surface les images du bouton, de la bobine de fil et du dé à coudre avec de l'encre grise.
J'ai ensuite coupé une ouverture pour la shaker avec le die oval provenant du set Magic color slider.
J'ai tamponné, colorisé (Copic) et coupé avec leurs dies respectifs les images.
J'ai assemblé les éléments de la shaker et l'ai remplie avec des sequins puis sécurisé le tout sur ma base de carte.
Un sentiment du même set a été tamponné à l'encre Versamark sur du cardstock noir et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche puis coupé en bandes.
Pour terminer, j'ai adhéré les images et le sentiment sur mon devant de carte.

I have a sweet shaker card to share with you today using the Little cat agenda stamp set. I just love those kitties ❤

I started out my card by stamping and coloring (Promarkers) the kitties.
Next I die cut the front panel, inside panel and the window opening from smooth white cardstock using the Union Square Creative Cuts die and the All Prettied Up Creative Cuts die.
I inked up the background panel with "Picked Raspberry" and "Spiced Marmalade" Distress inks.
I stamped a greeting from the Water Blooms stamp set on a piece of acetate using Stazon Cotton White ink.
I assembled the shaker parts and filled it with some tiny beads and secured to a top fold card base.
To finish off, I adhered the images and a few sequins.
J'ai commencé par tamponner et coloriser (Promarkers) les petits chats.
J'ai ensuite coupé le panneau frontal, le panneau intérieur ainsi qu'une ouverture pour la shaker en utilisant les dies Union Square et All Prettied Up.
J'ai appliqué des encres Distress "Picked Raspberry" et "Spiced Marmalade" sur le panneau intérieur.
Un sentiment du set Water Blooms a été tamponné à l'encre Stazon (Cotton White) sur de l'acétate.
J'ai assemblé les éléments de la shaker et l'ai remplie avec des minuscules perles puis sécurisé le tout sur ma base de carte.

Hang in there (Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2)

Today I have a shaker card to share that I made for the current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2 (Interactive cards).

Aujourd'hui, je partage avec vous une carte shaker que j'ai réalisée pour le Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2 (Cartes interactives).

To create the background, I decided to play with the "ink smooshing technique". I applied Distress inks (Twisted Citron, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn and Pine Needles) directly to a piece of acetate, sprayed with water and then "smooshed" the aceteate onto a watercolor panel.
Next I die cut a window opening from white cardstock using a circle die. The bottom edge of the panel was cut out using a Stitched hillside border die.
I created my own frame, by diecutting two circle dies (one needs to be smaller than the other).
I stamped, colored (Copics) and die cut the sloth from the Hang in there stamp set.
A greeting from the same stamp set was stamped along the bottom edge of the watercolor panel using Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
I assembled the background and the shaker parts (white panel + acetate + foam adhesive) and filled it with some clear beads and mini confetti stars. Then adhered to a top fold card base.
To complete the design, I glued the sloth and the circle frame to the shaker window and finished with a scattering of mini confetti stars.
Pour réaliser mon fond, j'ai décidé d'utiliser la technique du "ink smooshing". J'ai appliqué des encres Distress (Twisted Citron, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn and Pine Needles) sur une feuille d'acétate, vaporisé un peu d'eau dessus et puis transféré sur un panneau de papier aquarelle.
J'ai ensuite coupé un cercle dans un panneau de cardstock blanc. La partie inférieure de ce panneau a été coupée à l'aide d'une bordure couture.
J'ai créé mon propre cadre de forme ronde en coupant deux dies cercle (l'un doit être plus petit que l'autre).
J'ai tamponné, colorisé (Copic) et coupé avec son die le paresseux du set Hang in there.
Un sentiment du même set a été tamponné le long du bas du fond Distress à l'encre Versamark et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche.
J'ai assemblé le fond et la shaker (panneau blanc + acétate + foam adhésif) et l'ai remplie avec des perles transparentes et des confettis étoiles. Puis, adhéré le tout à ma base de carte.
Enfin, j'ai collé le paresseux et le cadre rond sur la shaker et terminé en ajoutant quelques confettis étoiles.

Leaves shaker card

Today I want to share with you a shaker card I made using the negative space from die cuts.
Coucou les amis,
J'espère que vous passez un bon dimanche! Aujourd'hui je partage avec vous une carte shaker réalisée avec la découpe négative de die cuts.

I started by die cutting a Stitched rectangle from Kraft cardstock and stamped Woodgrain Backdrops in brown ink.
I die cut the Leaves from watercolor paper and colored in with Distress inks.
I also die cut leaves out of the woodgrain panel and fun foam. (I saved the positive die cuts for another project)
A greeting from the Scripty Sayings stamp set was stamped using Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
J'ai débuté ma carte en coupant du papier Kraft avec le die Stitched rectangle, ensuite j'y ai tamponné le Woodgrain Backdrops à l'encre brune.
J'ai coupé des feuilles dans du papier aquarelle avec le die Small Stitched Leaves et les ai mises en couleur avec des encres Distress.
J'ai également coupé des feuilles dans mon fond "bois" ainsi que dans du fun foam. (J'ai gardé les découpes positives de côté pour un autre projet)
Un sentiment du set Scripty Sayings a été tamponné à l'encre Versamark et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche.

Next, I glued the leaves to a top fold card base using the negative space of the woodgrain panel as a guide.
I assembled the shaker parts (panel + acetate + fun foam) and filled it with gold glitter flakes.
Finally I stamped, colored (Promarkers), die cut the cute fox from the Joy to the woods stamp set and adhered to the front of the card.
Ensuite, j'ai collé les feuilles à ma base de carte en utilisant les espaces négatifs du panneau "bois" comme guide.
J'ai assemblé les éléments de la shaker (panneau bois + acétate + fun foam) et y ai ajouté des grosses paillettes dorées.
Pour finir, j'ai tamponné, colorisé (Promarkers), coupé avec son die le petit renard du set Joy to the woods puis adhéré sur le devant de ma carte.

Layers of love (Concord & 9th)

But I'm ready to throw myself back at it for 2017 ^_^

Now, let's move onto my cards! I made four cards using both heart dies from the Layers of love die set (Concord & 9th).
I decided to play with "Brusho Crystal Colors". They're super easy to use and I love the fun and amazing backgrounds one can create using them!
I sprinkled the powders (Purple, Turquoise and Ultra Marine) onto watercolor paper, spritzed with water and set aside to dry.
Passons aux cartes, maintenant. J'ai réalisé quatre cartes avec les deux dies en coeur du set Layers of love (Concord & 9th).
Pour mes fonds, j'ai choisi du "Brusho Crystal Colors". Ces poudres sont très simples à utiliser et j'aime vraiment l'effet que l'on obtient!

For these two cards, I die cut a window using the open heart out of the Brusho panel.
I saved all the small die cut pieces of the Brusho heart.
I die cut the heart again from a white rectangle panel and inlaid the small Brusho die cut pieces.
I stamped the sentiment from the Tree hugs (Concord & 9th) stamp set with black ink.
I assembled the shaker parts (Brusho panel + acetate + foam adhesive), added some beads and adhered to a top fold card base.
Pour ces deux cartes, j'ai coupé dans mon panneau Brusho avec le die en forme de coeur ouvert.
J'ai gardé tous les petits morceaux de la découpe à savoir l'intérieur du coeur ainsi que toutes les petites pièces autour du coeur.
J'ai ensuite à nouveau couper avec le même coeur dans un panneau rectangulaire blanc. J'ai collé ce panneau sur une base de carte et rempli les espaces vides comme un puzzle avec les pièces mises de côté précédemment.
Le sentiment du set Tree hugs (Concord & 9th) a été tamponné à l'encre noire.
J'ai assemblé les éléments de la shaker (Panneau Brusho + acétate + foam adhésif), j'ai ajouté quelques perles et adhéré le tout sur une base de carte.

I die cut the heart again from a white rectangle panel and inlaid the mounted strips.
I stamped the sentiment from the Tree hugs (Concord & 9th) stamp set with Fresh Lavender ink (Lawn Fawn).
I assembled the shaker parts (Brusho panel + acetate + foam adhesive), I added some glitter flakes and adhered to a top fold card base.
Pour ces deux cartes, j'ai coupé dans mon panneau Brusho avec le die en forme de coeur ligné et dans du fun foam également. Je les ai collés ensemble.
J'ai à nouveau coupé un coeur ligné dans un panneau rectangulaire blanc et incrusté les lignes dans les espaces vides.
Le sentiment du set Tree hugs (Concord & 9th) a été tamponné à l'encre "Fresh Lavender" (Lawn Fawn).
J'ai assemblé la shaker (Panneau Brusho + acétate + fun foam), j'ai ajouté des flocons pailletés et adhéré le tout à ma base de carte.

Winter unicorn (Lawn Fawn)

Today, I'd like to share a card I made for a very special friend ❤

J'espère que vous passez une agréable journée!
Aujourd'hui, j'aimerais partager avec vous une carte que j'ai réalisée pour une amie très spéciale ❤

For the background of my card, I stamped the stars from the Starry backdrops stamp set on a piece of white cardstock using Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
I applied Distress ink (Blueprint Sketch) to the piece using a blending tool and adhered it to a top fold card base.
To create the frame of my shaker portion, I die cut a Stitched rectangle frame from white cardstock. I assembled the shaker parts (frame + acetate + fun foam), added sequins and then adhered the whole thing to the front of the card.
Pour réaliser mon fond de carte, j'ai tamponné les étoiles du set Starry backdrops sur du cardstock blanc à l'encre Versamark et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche.
J'y ai ensuite appliqué de l'encre Distress (Blueprint Sketch) avec un "blending tool" et puis collé à ma base de carte.
Pour créer le cadre de l'élément shaker, j'ai coupé avec le die Stitched rectangle frames dans du cardstock blanc. J'ai assemblé les parties de la shaker (cadre + acétate + fun foam), j'ai ajouté quelques sequins et collé le tout sur ma carte.

I stamped, colored (Promarkers) and fussy cut the adorable unicorn (Winter unicorn set from Lawn Fawn).
I die cut the clouds from white cardstock using the Spring showers die .
The unicorn and clouds were popped up with foam adhesive.
For the sentiment, I used the Happy birthday border die , die cut in twice from black cardstock and glued them together to create thickness. Adhered that to the card, then coated with Glossy accents for some shine!
J'ai tamponné, colorisé (Promarkers) et decoupé l'adorable licorne (du set Winter unicorn de Lawn Fawn).
Les nuages ont été coupé avec le die Spring showers .
J'ai donné un peu de relief à la licorne et aux nuages avec du foam adhésif.
Pour le sentiment, j'ai utilisé le die Happy birthday , j'ai coupé avec deux fois dans du cardstock noir et les ai adhérés ensemble pour donner un peu plus d'épaisseur. J'ai ensuite collé le sentiment sur ma carte et l'ai couvert de Glossy accents pour un effet brillant!

Shake up some fun! (Lawn Fawn)

I have a fun shaker card to share with you today using Lawn Fawn products.
Coucou tout le monde,
Aujourd'hui, j'aimerais partager avec vous une carte shaker amusante! Pour la réaliser, j'ai utilisé différents produits de chez Lawn Fawn.

I started by die cutting watercolor cardstock with the Stripey Backdrop die and applied Distress inks. Then I spritzed some water on it to create a distressed look.
I stamped, colored (Prismacolor pencils) and fussy cut the yeti from the Lovable Legends stamp set.
J'ai commencé par couper dans du papier aquarelle avec le die Stripey Backdrop , j'y ai ensuite appliqué des encres Distress. J'ai vaporisé de l'eau desssus, laissé quelques secondes et séché avec du papier essuie-tout, j'adore l'effet que l'on obtient avec cette technique!
J'ai tamponné, colorisé (crayons Prismacolor) et decoupé le yeti du set Lovable Legends .

I also stamped the greeting from the Ready, Set, Shake stamp set on kraft cardstock and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Cut it into a little sign and adhered on a matchstick.
I assembled the shaker and filled it with clear beads.
I finished off the card by adhering the yeti holding his little sign and the shaker to a top fold card base.
J'ai également tamponné le sentiment du set Ready, Set, Shake sur du papier kraft et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre blanche. J'ai coupé pour en faire une petite pancarte et collé sur un morceau d'allumette.
J'ai assemblé la shaker et l'ai remplie avec de petites perles transparentes.
J'ai fini ma carte en adhérant le yeti tenant sa pancarte et la shaker à ma base de carte.

Up and away shaker

Hope you are doing well!
I'm back today with a shaker card. I decided to use the very cute Mama Elephant stamp set Up and away .

Je suis de retour aujourd'hui avec une carte shaker. J'ai décidé d'utiliser le set super mignon de Mama Elephant Up and away .

I die cut a frame using two Stitched Rectangle Dies and a rectangle panel for the background from watercolor cardstock.
To create a night sky background, I applied Faded Jeans, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress inks to both the pieces using a blending tool.
I sprinkled some water drops and then soaked up the water with a dry paper towel.
Once the background was dry, I stamped the greeting using Versamark ink and heat embossed with Silver embossing powder.
J'ai coupé un cadre avec deux dies rectangulaires et un panneau rectangulaire pour mon fond dans du papier aquarelle.
Pour réaliser le fond nocturne, j'ai appliqué des encres Distress (Faded Jeans, Blueprint Sketch et Chipped Sapphire) à l'aide d'un "blending tool" sur les deux morceaux coupés précédemment.
J'y ai aspergé des gouttes d'eau et ensuite épongé l'eau avec du papier essuie-tout.
Une fois le fond sec, j'ai tamponné le sentiment à l'encre Versamark et embossé à chaud avec de la poudre argentée.

Stamped the images using the Hero Arts Intense Black ink and colored them in with Stabilo pens and a damp waterbrush.
I assembled the shaker and filled it with silver mini stars.
I finished off the card by adhering the shaker to a top fold card base.
J'ai tamponné mes images à l'encre Intense Black de Hero Arts et les ai colorisées aux marqueurs Stabilo avec un pinceau humide.
J'ai assemblé la shaker et y ai ajouté des petites étoiles argentées.
Pour terminer, j'ai adhéré la shaker à ma base de carte.

Easter shaker card

Hi crafty friends,
I'm excited to share this Easter shaker card with you all today.

Je suis heureuse de partager aujourd'hui avec vous cette shaker de Pâques.

I used the Ready, set, snow shaker add-on die to create this fun shaker element on my card.
I die cut some grass using the Meadow borders and also Avery Elle Wonky Stitches from patterned paper.
Pour réaliser l'élément shaker de ma carte, j'ai utilisé le die Ready, set, snow shaker add-on .
J'ai également coupé de l'herbe à l'aide du die Meadow borders ainsi qu' Avery Elle Wonky Stitches dans du papier imprimé.

I stamped the images from the Chirpy Chirp Chirp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on smooth white cardstock.
Colored them in with Promarkers and fussy cut.
J'ai tamponné les images du set Chirpy Chirp Chirp à l'encre Memento noire sur du cardstock blanc.
Je les ai colorisées aux Promarkers et decoupées.

I adhered the patterned paper to a top fold card base and stamped the greeting using Hero Arts Intense Black ink .
I assembled the shaker parts (acetate, fun foam, grass border, images, sequins,..)
I finished off the card by adhering the shaker element to my card base.
J'ai collé le papier imprimé à ma base de carte et tamponné le sentiment avec de l'encre Hero Arts Intense Black .
J'ai assemblé toutes les parties de la shaker (acétate, fun foam, bordure d'herbe, images, sequins,..)
Enfin, je finis en adhérant l'élément shaker sur ma carte.
